It was starting to become more and more like background noise with a beat. “The genre variety of what I listened to had plummeted as well, and I wasn't enjoying the music quite so much. “Not because I'd stopped liking them, but because they weren't being suggested by whatever algorithm dictates my listening,” Huxtable said. Huxtable got the idea to make the iPod when she realized she hadn’t listened to some of her favorite artists in a really long time. Apple still sells iPods, but they’re just iPhones with features stripped out and most of us listen to music through streaming services. Released more than 20 years ago, the original iPod with its click wheel and basic interface, is now a piece of tech we feel nostalgia for. the only similaritys are the rectangular shape of the players. The iPod was a revolutionary device that gave people unprecedented control over their listening habits. and doesn't look at all like an iPOd, besides the GUi which is much more colorful and responsive, and highly customizable. can i ask how exactly? i see no similarity as the Zen does the same things plus more and better imo. Id also like to reply to Apul about "this creative will reminds me too much of the ipod. The Zen does support Avi, WMV files, not quick time files though, those have to be converted. Backgrounds and themes (you can do more with backgrouds, like change the settings from Sephia, cool, warm, grey, normal and also change brightness settings, and zoom in a photo and select which ever part you want as a wallpaper) Video codec support is also better on the Zen, you get support for: Divx 4/5/(6 also i think), MJPEG, Mpeg 1/2/4, WMV, Xvid :D Support for photos is also MUCH better, since it can support images up to 16mp. Good time for me to come in, The Zen IMHO (VERY HONEST) blows the Zune away in video playback, not only is the screen loads better (little smaller but you get a sharper screen) and produces more than 4 times the color (262,144 colors), and from what ive read about the Zune, battery life aint to great.
